Plugin Help PermissionsEx is not working!

When I try to use PermissionsEx, the Permissions and Groups wont go through. Like when I try to have my self join a group, it says it puts me in. But I still don't have all the permissions when I clearly gave the owner group ever permission in the server.

lolwut was just a test thing I did to see something.
permissions.* was just an accident with copy and paste.
