Plugin Request Jukebox Server Songs

I would like a plugin which plays a song, occassionally, while in certain biomes.
I would like the gold disc, to play while in the nether or end, sometimes. The songs mall, strad or blocks to sometimes play while in the overworld, day time. At sunset I would like mellohi to play sometimes & cat to play at sunrise sometimes. I would like a low chance of ward playing to players at night in the overworld. These songs would play to all players who are fulfilling the certain condition on the server.

ok, the reason I believe it isn't working is because it doesn't come up in /plugins

I can see it in my plugins, in the console I can see it enabling and disabling.
I tested the plugin thoroughly, the music plays every now and then, not always, because it only has a 1/10 chance to play.

@mickverm you can also add noteblock songs to add more variety to your plugin :3

 

Can you create a command like /ambientsongs test that will make a message pop up that the plugin has been enabled
