Minigame Partys <like Hypixel>

What I want: what i want is a plugin like hypixel's minigame partys that allows player to join and invite other players to partys.

i wanted this implemented on my server because i will be adding a random join <join a random map of a minigame> and i want people who want to play togther to well be able to play togther.

what i was thinking was making it so basically when the leader of a party joins a game the same command is issued the the players in the party that goes like:

'The Leader of you party {LeaderName}. is starting a game of {Gamename} [ClickHere] To join.

as you would probably know {LeaderName} would be the creator of the party
as for {gamename} what i was thinking is have the config like:

AllowedCommands:
- pw join pw1 ---> the command to join the game
- etc
- etc
CommandGroups:
PaintWars: ----> This would be the {Gamename}
pw join pw1

saying this the 'AllowedCommands' part is so they cant type i.e /pay <name> $1000000
and it will issue the command to the rest of the party members, though the '[ClickHere]' part would sort of stop that. Please try and make this 'PerWorld'

Ideas for commands:
- /Gparty Create
- /Gparty Join <LeadersName>
- /Gparty info
- /Gparty Chat <message>
- /Gc <message.
- /Gparty Reload
- And so on.

Ideas for permissions:
- Gparty.default ---> commands like /Gparty Create/join/chat/info
- Gparty.admin --> /Gparty reload/etc

fixed the info on this srry it was hard to understand before
