McPVP/MCTeams tracking plugin

Suggested name: McPVP/MCTeams Tracker-Plugin

What I want: I want it just like McPVP and MCTeams that when you track a person, it shows if there in range or not, and if the person you tracked says they are like 1337 blocks twice, then that is the exact cordenates they're at. if they're not in range, it will say: (user) is not within 1337 blocks east, west, south, or east and if they are it will says (user) is within 50 blocks east, west, south, and north, and it has to be the same like in this video:

Ideas for commands: /track /track (user) /track all


Ideas for permissions: nothing

@timtower It works, but I've used it before. It's all wacked. The plugin loads all fine, commands work, but the way the plugin tracks players is all whacked up.

As of 1.7+ it just gives the player false results.
