Admin Shop GUI

I am looking For someone to create a shop Plugin that uses a chest GUI to display items on sale.

The shop could only be added to by a staff member as once the items added, unlimited amounts can be sold.

Commands should include something along the lines of:

/shop sectionname add ID Quantity Price
/shop sectionname remove ID Quantity Price
/shop newsection sectionname
/shop removesection sectionname
/shop (would open the shop GUI)

The sections will be like tabs for different blocks such as mob drops, ores, food, etc...

Also, is it possible to, instead of putting in the quantity, it defaults to 1, but when you click on the item, the player has to input how many they want to buy, or if right clicking, sell?

I apologise for how unorganised this is, I have just tried to make it on my phone which keeps playing up!
