   What I want: I want a plugin OR an edited residence.jar file that when players write /res tp (name) they will need to wait for 3 seconds and don't move (like essentials).
   
   Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.
   
   Ideas for permissions: rw.bypass
   
   When I'd like it by: ASAP PLEASE.

   @timtower no, I meant that it needs to be like essentials command /spawn ir /warp.. when it writes "Teleportation will start in 5seconds. Dont move" smthng like that. I want it just like that. /res tp PvpRun. (Teleportation will start in 3 seconds dont move.)
