    Suggested name: PlantRemoval

What I want: Hi, basically this plugin generates dead bushes (id: 32) on a random grass block in the world listed in the config file. These blocks can not be broken and are generated once every in the configured time. When right clicked, it will use tellraw and send a player a message somewhat like this
    [IMG]
Why purple dye? Its a currency on my server. Anyway, a player would click on the "Click here to remove" message and if they have 300 purple dye in their inventory, it will take it from them and run a command. Please make a variable option for %player so that it can sense the player who ran the command.
    EXAMPLE CONFIGURATION:

Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

Ideas for permissions: plantremoval.remove - permission to remove plants

When I'd like it by: ASAP

I can do this, give me up to a day, but quick question, what is the rarity of the bush being generated? @Rockdude_

@Rockdude_ ok, probably not today, give me ~2 days and I will have it ready ~3 days for it to be fully polished.

@Rockdude_ hmm.. ok, im not the best with config files, so here is how its going to be (hope you don't mind)
you type a command that will set the config for example /obstacle set rarity 100
after you are done setting all that, then you can edit the config to your own liking.

do you want a configurable region in which the obstacle spawns or do you want it to spawn everywhere?
