De-Opped people can't use warp signs!

What's the problem?
I installed a bukkit plugin called 'SeverSigns'.
I then successfully created some warps.
But then I ran into a problem.
De-opped people can't use the signs! How do I allow them the permission to do nothing other that click signs?

 

Did you give the default group access to use the signs?
If not, add this node to your default group.

Yes please. I'm using /prefix at the moment for ranks

Keep receiving a message saying:
You are not permitted to interact with WALL_SIGN
And
You do not have permission to use this command!
