One time use chest

Suggested name: singleusechest

What I want: When someone closes a chest it will immediately break (so that all the items will fall out).

Ideas for commands: No commands needed.

Ideas for permissions: No permissions needed

When I'd like it by: As soon as possible but no rush.

@RainingDolphins : When you say that the items fall out, you mean that they are dropped on the ground or deleted?

Originally I thought I would have them just fall out but now I think it would be better if the items just got deleted when the chest is closed. So could you please make it so the items are just deleted?

 

yes, of course!
I just have a problem for now :
When you put the chest, you have to open it to fulfill it.
The problem is that when you close it, it despawn so...
It will always be empty...
Any idea or thing you want? (like a command, or thing like that)

 

Are you saying the chest will always be empty because I won't be able to place items without it despawning?

If so does it work if I just put items in it using a hopper?

I add an on/off command so you can easilly fullfill the chest

 

Wondering what the functionality is of this. Nice idea, maybe a garbage can that costs money to use it.

 

I am using it for a feast event on a kitpvp server. This way players can take items out of the chests but they can't store items in the chests. This eliminates kit mixing. But yeah it would probably work well as a trash too.

I think the on/off command might not be working because when I type /osc on or /osc off it tells me "unknown command. Type /help for help".
