Fireball not exploding in LOADED chunks

    Simply, the title says it all.
    I am spawning a fireball at random coordinates... But it doesn't explode UNTIL a player goes there.
    I even have a message saying "Chunk is loaded" (using .isLoaded()) And it says yes. Very weird, as I use .loadChunk(loc.getChunk()) But as soon as people go there, it explodes. I just don't see the problem

    Dont bump in less than 24 hours. what build are you using?
    Check server properties. i think there is a feature limiting those stuff there :# not sure tho.

    I am using Spigot 1.8
    (Not Protocol ver)
    I will check it.
    But it is crazy, as soon as they walk to where is was supposed to land, it THEN explodes, killing them!

    @Sm0oth_kriminal i understand :/ it sounds awfully weird. since i havent gotten the time to dive into spigot and specifically 1.8 code i cant think of what could be causing it. I dont know but mabe this thread would fit better in Bukkit Help :/ someone may know there
