Pass The Parcel

Suggested name: Pass The Parcel

What I want: I'd like a plugin that you can use to send round a parcel until someone wants to open it. The plugin will work by right clicking on a player and the parcel will be put in their 5th Slot. If someone decides to open it then they need to left click the parcel and it will run a command specified in the config and remove the parcel!

Ideas for commands: /parcel give <PLAYER> - gives the parcel to that player

Ideas for permissions:
passtheparcel.pass - able to send the parcel by right clicking a player
passtheparcel.open - able to open the parcel with a left click!

Config:
What block / item the parcel is
What command the parcel will run when you left click
What the parcels name is
What the parcels lore is

When I'd like it by: ASAP

 

Doing this right now. Should the parcel messages to support the & colour system?
Also, will the players have items or will their inventories be clean?

You can't place the item on the ground depending on what it is.
The item will always go to the 5th slot
The command is /parcelgive rather than /parcel give
However, you need to be careful on how you do it. The configurable stuff should have ' around them
Like 'CHEST', 'THIS IS a NamE', '&4Lores &1are &c&lAWESOME!' and 'help'
