Problem/Bug bad tps server 1.7.10

    10 players = server load 40%
    0plag.png core i3, 2,24 mhz , 8 ram , 10 ssd, 2 core
    spigot-1.7.10-R0.1-SNAPSHOTBuild1544
    10 players + six plugins =
    Show Spoiler
    10online.png
    Plugin Scheduler= 0.74 , world mesa = multiworld
    lagg mob

    Please help :'(

    you timed only 9 seconds.... try to do its for 5 minutes and then look again lol
