Permissions EX Prefixes Not Working!

Sigh.... Here we are again. Here's my permissions.yml will be in the pastebin link. List of plugins:
BungeePortals
TeleportSigns
NoJoinMessage+
PermissionsEX
WorldEdit
mcjlobby(custom plugin, custom join message, healing command, block breaking and placing requires a permission, and server selector.)

Can you insert configs? or console message?

 

@MCJoshua345 So....What's the problem? Your permissions.yml is correct, and the prefixes in the file are where they should be. The only thing I could possibly think of the problem being is that the default group doesn't have a prefix If that's what you're shooting for

Try installing EssentialsChat (other Essentials plugins might not be necessary)

 

when i tried to load essentials and essentialschat into my (1.8) server, it came up with errors

 

You need to use updated EssentialsChat, available on Spigot.
MCJoshua, PEX just gives you perms for prefixes; you need a plugin to make them show.
I would recommend bChatManager or hChat over EssentialsChat; I've used both bChat and Essentials and Essentials is definitely worse.
I am switching to hChat soon, as it has formatting per-group and more features, so you should check that out as well

 

nevermind i just coded my own prefix plugin. made perms for prefixes. assigned perms to ranks. works fine. thanks for help! srry im rushing to play factions dont care abbout grammar spelling or punctuation.
