Tag Plugin?

What I want:
I want a plugin that let's me to set a basic tag that a player gets when he joins my server. First time player loggs in he's name is like this: [Player] ExamplePlayer. And then he wins a Contest and i can create a new tag that looks like this [ContestPRO] ExamplePlayer. I wanna give him perms to changhe his tag like /tag player. and he gets the player tag. I wanna add more tags easy and different colours.

Ideas for commands:
/tag (tagname)
/createtag &1[BlueTag] (example with colours and name)
/setjointag (tagname)

Ideas for permissions:
tag.(tagname) for /tag (tagname)
createtag.allow for /createtag
tag.* all commands

When I'd like it by: As soon as possible

My Plugin ChatTitles allows Players to select one of their available Titles. It requires RankPrefix+ to be installed though.

@timtower ? I dont wanna change Group just prefix. @mrCookieSlime i don't understand that much of your plugins. It was pretty hard to set up

@mrCookieSlime it makes everyone to members, but not me it makes me an admin. When i take a title from /titles it does'nt show in chat

Thats what the documentation is for:
Change the chat layout. You probably want to add {CHATTITLE} and change {PREFIX} and {SUFFIX} to be {RANK-PREFIX} and {RANK-SUFFIX}

They have to choose but if you want, I can add a default title.
