Plugin category: General Suggested name: FakePlayers What I want: I would like a plugin that allows server owners to create fake players. Each fake player name will be added to the TAB list and the amount of players on the minecraft server list would be added by 1. The fake player would be displayed on the commands such as /list, and would possess the 'default' group. This would essentially fake the amount of players online. Ideas for commands: /fp add {name} - adds a fake player with a username Ideas for permissions: Commands default to administrators. When I'd like it by: Anytime this week. The sooner the better There has been a plugin called 'FakePlayersOnline' that does this but it went outdated. I've contacted the owner of it but no response. I hope this is possible to create, Mineacer.
I'm not too sure how I did it, but when I was using Citizens 2 (http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/citizens/) the NPC that I created showed up on the tab list with the player name...
My server did this, except we didn't have the fake player's name in the tab... And who says that you can't install outdated plugins on your server? EDIT by Timtower: merged posts
@WaterBendingDragon That's half of what I want, I'm also seeking a way in displaying a +1 in the client's minecraft server list as well. For example, if the legitimate amount of players in 25, then you add 5 fake players, you will result in 30 players appearing on the server list. This is what FakePlayersOnline did. @BladeXTD I did try FakePlayersOnline twice, and both resulted in no luck. It does install, but the features do not work and the console just spews up errors.

@Assist Thanks, that's probably the closest plugin to the 'FakePlayersOnline' you could get for now. However, it would be awesome if you could add colored names to the TAB list, so when new players join, they'll think legitimate players are on.

@bwfcwalshy Was it you that deleted my post? Just in case Skionz cannot add the feature I want, I will have to request another plugin with my desired feature. I'm trying to get ahead of time and you're just being an obstacle to progress grrr...
