How would i make advertisements on my server like this?
@ttt141 This is a 1.8 feature. You use packets, and there are some plugins on spigot.

@ttt141 Depends on what you want. Do you want it to do the message when they login?
yes when they log in i want it give them some messages
@ttt141 There is a plugin on Spigot here that sends them a message when they login.
Separate names with a comma.
