So. After little research i found out that you MUST reinstall windows.
this is for me okay because im reinstalling it to 8.1.
BUT(t) for those who have similiar problem and CANT reinstall their windows
because when they installed they probably threw it out of window (Pfft i dont need this sh!t anymore)
SO, I wanned to ask people if they have similar or same problem and if they can help.
And If you start posting stupid replies i will delete this post because i said to check that thread first.

NOW: It's a problem for me because i like coding and it affects my work.
(no not making plugins i'm 12 yr old i'm still learning)
and yeah. Have fun posting and helping but DO NOT
post posts like this: '' Maybe you have shortcut to that file u might deleted k cya''

Excuse me for bad grammar gentleman, I'm from Croatia, Europe.

@ThisHDGamer File? Folder shortcut? Reinstalling windows is not required to fix such issues.

@ThisHDGamer Still, please post a screenshot of your folder.
And what file can't be found?
With what are you trying to access that file? Do you have code or something for that?

    1. Create a new shortcut
    2. Set the location to:
      Code:
      %windir%\System32\your startup line
      (replace your startup line with e.g. "%ProgramFiles%\Java\jre7\bin\java.exe" -Xmx512M -Xms512M -jar craftbukkit.jar)
    3. Give it a name
    4. Right click -> Properties
    5. Change Start in from %windir% to the location of the server folder

  8. Then perform Windows startup repair.

This thread is hard to follow. I'm not really sure of the issue you are describing. What happens when you directly double click on the batch (.bat) file? You may have a file association issue. If so try changing the extention from ".bat" to ".cmd". Command (.cmd) is the modern version of batch (.bat). I hope this helps.

Does it happen to be named start.bat.bat but you just have extensions disabled? :p
