TPS 19.5 ok?

    I'm running a Bukkit (exactly Spigot) server on an openvz server, I always have have a TPS between 19.5 and 19.9, it never laggs, is this TPS normal or can you even get 20.0 TPS on servers?

    Yes. 20 tps is basically max. Around 17-20 is unnoticeable
