[Minigame] Spleef

Suggested name: JoinSpleef

What I want: I'd like to see a plugin where there is a server with 10 slots. When at least 4 people join, the game begins. You can also force start it with the below permission. The slots can be customized and we can set lobbies and maps. But I run off of about 40 servers. Most of the servers have 10 slots, those are the minigame servers. I'm looking for plugins for our minigames.

Ideas for commands: /spleef [With subcommands to set lobbies and create maps]

Ideas for permissions: joinspleef.admin [To create arenas and lobbies]

When I'd like it by: As soon as possible.

Yes. This need's to be a lightweight SINGLE plugin that relies off of itself.

I have about 40 servers. Most of them have 10 slots, those are the minigame servers. It will be a bit mineplex-ish. When at least 4 or more people join, the game auto starts. Everyone joins the lobby. A possible sidebar would be nice as well.
