Suggested name: EssPMSound

What I want: I'd like a plugin that uses Essentials as a dependency, and plays a Note block sound, (Preferably note.pling) when a message is received with the /msg, /w, /t, /r, etc.. command. But only when a message is received, Not sent.

If you have to have both, that's fine. But I'm looking for a receive sound only.

Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

Ideas for permissions: No permissions

When I'd like it by: I'd best like it by tomorrow (Soon as possible) But I'm not in any hurry. Just like to have it fast enough so I don't have to worry.
