Hub Server Plugins

Hi there,

I have almost completed work on my hub, but, I need a few plugins to finish it off. I don't know if there are some that would fit the bill and is wondering if you guys could help me?

Plugins Needed:
1. A plugin that gives Night Vision effect on join.
2. A plugin that disables rain.
