Filled [Simple] Online/Max Players

Suggested name: FakeMaxPlayers

What I want: I would like a plugin for my server that shows how many players are online on the Multi-Player server list in corner near the MOTD where it shows your TPS and online players/max players. In the max players list to set that as however many players are online.

EXAMPLE: 100/100

Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

Ideas for permissions: No permissions needed for this plugin.

When I'd like it by: Anytime this week. Today is 11/13/2014

In Bukkit a plugin allows you to do :

assuming that the following are impossible :

You can't increase maxPlayers.

You can.
ServerListPingEvent includes the method .setMaxPlayers()

 

I've just made this, not 100% sure if it works as I'm at work and haven't tested it.

UPDATE: Fake online players doesn't work, I'll try and sort it later but it's not very simple to do that
