Suggested name: CustomPrisonEnchantments

What I want: I would like a plugin with custom enchantments that are more suited for Prison Servers. Some examples are pickaxe enchantments like:
- HASTE
- Explosive
- Night Vision

And more.

Ideas for commands: /cpe reload

Ideas for permissions: cpe.admin (to reload the plugin.)

When I'd like it by: Anytime soon.

- Haste I-IV Gives u infinite haste to level of the enchantment on your tools. As soon as they change item or slot they loose the effect.
- Glowing I Gives night-vision level I infinite to the person who is holding the item. As soon as they change item or slot they loose the effect.
- Explosive I-III With explosion level I whenever you break a block it breaks in a size 1 Sphere and for Lvl II it breaks the blocks in a size 2 sphere etc.

All Blocks broken must also be auto-inventoried.
