Plugin Help What to do?

Hello minecrafters,

I kinda need help with my server.
See, the problem is that i am using PermissionsEX and i have "modifyworld.*" on use. But still, when anyone that is not OP tries to build or break or use anything at all, even eat. For example, when i try to use an hit anything with a sword it says "You are not permitted to use IRON_SWORD" or when i try to punch something with bare hands "You are not permitted to interract with GRASS" and the exact same thing happens when I try to eat or do absolutely anything.
Please tell me what to do! I have tried everything and been stuck with this problem for months.
