   Hi all,
   
   I want to be able to send a message or summon some stuff by the command console but with delay.
   for example :
   say hello
   but delayed by 15 seconds
   Is there any plugin or other stuffs that add delay to instructions in the command console?
   Or a trick like in dos to -ping to delay artificially an instruction?
