Need help sterting a MySQL

    I would like to run the plugin BigBrother, which requires a MySQL to run. I would also like to be able to link in some other plugins to a MySQL to help streamline things. I have never set up one before and I don't really know how to do it. I can't find any GOOD instructions anywhere. I am running my server off of my home PC, which is running Windows XP. If anyone could give me a hand and tell me what I need to download and install, and how to make this work, I would be greatly in your debt.

    your a mac Dweller and you cant do that, im sure you ask the overseer he will know :) (FALLOUT REFERENCE BTW)
