The Real Rain

What is it?
It is the plugin when player in raining zone and walk , it will have bubble particle
or anythng like water splash

Can custom enable world and disable world
No permission need

Can someone create it ?

I haven't added config options yet, just check it out to see if you like it.

You also have to install this plugin to make it work. This is an effect library that makes my job easier.
