Slot Lock - Freeze an item in a specific slot

So I've been trying to find a plugin besides Slot Lock because that doesn't seem to be working for some reason. Basically I want a rules book always in the player's hotbar. Unable to be moved or dropped.
Just immortally there.

Anything like that?

It does still need to be done. I'm still trying to understand what sethgandy would like for it.

 

MrEditor97 I think he wants the player to always have a book with contents he defines in a certain slot of their inventory.
Should just be a case of cancelling the event when the player tries to move the book.
Only real technicality is setting the contents of the book.

 

Yes, doing that would be the biggest challenge...but otherwise it's relatively easy.
