Kit Delay

I'm trying to make Kits in KitPVP Have a delay. I set the delay on the tools but it isn't working.

I forgot to mention, I'm using essentials.

Are you using a BungeeCord setup? If so, is this the Essentials config from the KitPVP world? If not, are you using this in the KitPVP server? Also, there is no "Tools" kit.

What do you guys mean, I'm confused. there are kits there.

 

Right below you last kite which is "Starter" there are 2 spaces, there needs to be one. So click behind that "#" which is behind "essentials sign control" and hit back space...so if you see what i mean you need 1 space in between there, not 2.

Line 243, you don't have a number amount of what you need. One thing wrong causes the config to break.
