Filled Simple PvP Plugin (Day/Night)

Looking for a simple plugin to toggle at PVP Off during the day, On during the night.

You can flag the full world! Use: /region flag __global__ pvp allow

Yes it would.

Hook a Daylight Sensor to a Command Sign with the command "/rg flag __global__ pvp allow".
Hook an inverted Daylight Sensor (or a Moonlight Sensor if you're somehow using 1.8) to a Command Sign with the command "/rg flag __global__ pvp deny".

Plugins needed:
Command Signs (download) (CB 1.7.9 R02, works for latest CB version; 1.7.10)
WorldGuard (download) (CB 1.7.9 R02, works for latest CB version; 1.7.10)
