Spawn was inside the nether

So i downloaded the jar and ran it and let it do it's stuff.

Ran it again and it generated spawn. It was quite slow so i thought something was weird then i logged in...

All you'd need to upload is your server.properties since your hell-world flag is true

Does this mean i could run 2 servers and use server teleport to allow players to visit the Nether? Or can you run 2 worlds simultaneously on 1 server? SO many people ask if they can goto the nether on my server. Technically they can
