manny1977 You probably want to list all the wanted features, commands, permissions etc. The format in the "read me first" would be a good starting point.

I know the owner on mcrl(mineswine) he programmed this on his own, I highly doubt that members will be able to whip something like this up without DETAIL, make it organized, you need to explain it by imagining that we have no idea what crackshot or mcrl is. EDIT: This is also a very BIG plugin, it would require countless hours of work, just to make a hungergames plugin, not sure how many devs want to make something like that.
