how do you make custom plugins in each world?

hi guys Jeffren6326 premium here i just wana learn how do you make each world to have diffrent plugin like say:

Skyblock has Skyblock Plugin And Creative Doesn't
Creative has Plotme Plugin and Skyblock Doesn't.

I assume you are not looking for actual plugin code to accomplish that and that you just want your plugins to only work on certain worlds.
Each plugin is written differently by its coder. Some put config settings in place to allow specific world control and some dont.
In most cases reading the wiki or information provided on the plugin page will mention if the plugin is capable of such and how to do it. Each plugin will be slightly different but in most cases if they allow separate world setups you'll be able to put what worlds are effected or not in the config file for that plugin.

 

It's possible. Check out PerWorldPlugins, a great plugin I used to use for my server.
