Suggested name: EagleChat

What I want: if you type in chat it will only reach out to 20 blocks, if noone is near it will send you a message " something that is configureable in config file " no global chat or anything else, its just that

Also, skim-reading is much easier with paragraphs!

Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

Ideas for permissions: local.chat

When I'd like it by: FAST

 

I will do this for you. How about permission "EagleChat.globalchat"?
