Error: "ERROR Cannot access RandomAccessFile"

Hello,

I own a CentOS VPS and i'm using Multicraft when I create a server that error comes up, I was wondering what is causing it, here's some more details if needed, thanks in advance:

1. What OS are you using (Brand and version - Ex. Windows XP SP3 or Windows 7 x64)?
- CentOS 6.5 (I think it's 6.5)

2. What architecture is the OS you are running (x64 or x86)?
- I'm running 64bit.

3. What version and architecture is your java install?
- Java SE Runtime Environment (Build 1.7.0_65-b17) and Java Hotspot (TM) 64-Bit Server VM (Build 24.65-b04, mixed mode)

4. Are you running any wrappers? McMyAdmin, mcadmin, Hamachi, etc?
Yes, Multicraft

5. What build of CraftBukkit are you running? (do NOT say latest. Say the build number.)
- Build number: 305 / Version: 1.7.10-R0.1 (Dev Build)

6. Pastebin.com/Pastie.org your server.log, server.properties and bukkit.yml files.

7. What command are you using to run your CraftBukkit server?
- Multicraft does it.

8. What plugins are you running?
- Doesn't matter, happens with or without plugins.

9. What error are you getting (remember to post your server.log file (from the start to finish of your server) - pastebin.com or pastie.org please)?
This one stands out: ERROR Cannot access RandomAccessFile {}) java.io.FileNotFoundException: logs/latest.log (Permission denied)

10. What have you tried already?
Remaking the Multicraft server by deleting it and creating it again.

11. Have you tried any of the things below?
No.

 

ImToRich I have not used Multicraft my self, I use McMyAdmin but have you tried running the server without multicraft?

Also, on your VPS is the server being run from an Administrator account or Root? If it isnt than that could be the problem
