Help me with Permissions pls!

    Hy! Im using Craftbukkit 740, and permissions 2.5, and lockette. so with the lockette plugin, i can lock the chest and doors with signs with [Private] or [Everyone] and i want to make a sign like this, but with [GuildName] because we have a guild, a castle, and we dont want to accept to enter to our castle, so i want to put a sign over the door with [Slayers] and how can i add this group for permissions plugin?
    And when i added the group, how can i add player names, to this group?
