That reduces lag in my server?
I can only give my server 1620 MB so it's quite laggy with more than 2 ppl.
So I kinda need an plugin for less lag.

 

no, plugins may cause lag, but they cannot help with lag coming from somewhere else

 

There was one with proxy or something with reduces brandwith needed.
Maybe there is one like that.

Lol, no. Its called get a Dedi, or buy a better computer specs.

 

1620MB is WAY more than enough for 2 people. Your internet and CPU must be terrible if you can hardly host 2 people. I run a server from my computer using 512MB and im using a triple core processor. I can easily run up to 8 people.

EDIT: BTW a plugin would probably only cause more lag

How many plugins do you have? My computer has way worse specifications and I most likely have more plugins than you, and I can hold up to around 6 people. My specs are:
OS: Windows Vista Basic
32 bit
6 Mbit download, 4 Mbit upload
Intel core duo 2, 2.1 GHz
3 GB RAM
27 plugins

I actually find it quite amazing that I can hold so many people on my server on such a weak computer.

 

First, 100 mb/s is not so great. Second, if it's asymetric, chances are your upload speed is even lower.
That will severely impact the speed at which the players can get data from your system.
