JungleSociety After a bit of testing, i've realized somethings are missing. Ingame, players can just walk away from the map. Bridge out and go anywhere. I know that this can be fixed by world edit regions, but maybe it could be a feature in the plugin? Everything else works. Also, some things you need to add to the gui: Dispensers, redstone, pressure plates, and cobblestone walls, and fences (if these aren't already added..). Just a suggestion, players should be able to do /tntwars team blue or something to play with their friends, not just random teams. One last thing. The chest for getting items works great, but it can be placed down. You might want to change that. Anyway I love how awesome this plugin is and works!
Rockdude_ The limitations to where you can go (boundaries) is something I will add in the future. As for the items in the GUI, there is a section in the config called items_in_gui:, in there you can put the items that you want to add to the GUI by adding another "-" and putting the item ID followed by how many you want there to be. For example if you want to add a dispenser (ID 23) you can just add "- 23 64" beneath all the other things in the list. This will add 64 dispensers to the GUI. As for selecting your own team, I plan on adding that in the future, but for just the beta version it won't have it. And the placing of the chest, that was completely my fault, I forgot to add that after testing the GUI and I never really thought about it. So the next update will contain: - Fix for not placing the chest down or dropping it - Add suggested items to the default config for the GUI - Signs to join the game And I will be working on arena boundaries, along with selecting the team you want to be on. Thanks for the suggestion!
JungleSociety thanks for the update! I thought the chest was a glitch. I'm sorry, i didn't realize about the config :3. The arena boundaries aren't urgent, as they can be set with world edit! I will remain testing the plugin!
Rockdude_ Endyman Updated version of TNT Wars fixes the bug with dropping and placing the chest GUI opener. Here it is: <Edit by Moderator: Redacted mediafire url>
JungleSociety Sorry for the bump, but are you adding this to BukkitDev? Rockdude_ You should set this to Filled too.
@Jaaakee224 I don't know how. How can I? JungleSociety When you create the BukkitDev page I will make a tutorial on the plugin setup
Rockdude_ That would be great, and to mark the thread as filled, there should be a "thread tools" or "edit thread" button or something like that on the top of this post. Click that to edit the tag and mark it as filled.
Hey JungleSociety ! How's it going with the plugin? You wouldn't mind making a Dev page about this? Because I'd really want a stable version of this plugin! =D
killerline10168 Rockdude_ Jaaakee224 Hey, Sorry for the bump on an old thread, but I wanted to update the status of this plugin. So basically I'm not able to continue building onto this plugin and adding to, due to some things going on right now that are conflicting with my time and things like that. So I just wanted to put out there that I'm no longer supporting this plugin. Anyone who would like to know, I have a new version I made that has multiple arenas, however I never got around to finishing it, testing it, or debugging it. So there are most certainly problems and features to be added/fixed. I won't post the compiled jar file for the plugin because it's to buggy and not functioning properly. So anyone who is interested may check out or use the code I have so far on this new version. You can view it on my github page here: https://github.com/JungleSociety/TNT-Wars Thanks, ~JungleSociety
JungleSociety I was on vacation when you posted. I respect you a lot for doing this request and then making it open source. Fantastic work dude.
JungleSociety Great job with the plugin! It is unfortunate that you may not resume it, but thats okay
