   I've seen this kind of text on many servers and was wondering how to use it, I'd like to add it to my plugins but I dont know how.
   If there is a list of all the text it'd help me a lot!

   If you are talking about chat then this is a broadcast containing chat color and regular text.

   That looks like bold text to me. Many plugins support color codes. The color code for bold is "&l" or "\u00A7l" or ChatColor.BOLD
