Suggested name: Nopay

What I want: I'd like to see a plugin which doesn't allow you to pay a group lower than yourself, but you can pay one higher. E.g If your in "G" you can't pay "A" but you can pay "I"

Ideas for commands: /nopay A

Ideas for permissions: nopay.group.A

When I'd like it by: Asap. Thank you

 

Wait How Many Ranks are their on the server? If i make it i need to know how high to go.

 

It goes in the order A to Z and then to A+ to Z+ and then free
