a 'click sign for object' plugin...? Does this exist

I'm looking for a plugin that gives you a certain number of a specific objects of my choice when you either click a block or a sign (mostly using this for a KOTL arena). Any suggestions...? I've used ChestShop in the past, but I'm not a wild fan of it, considering I'm almost a 100% pure Creative server.

You can enable signs in the essentials config, so you can do:
Line1: [free]
Line2: itemID

Or
Line1: [kit]
Line2: kitname

You'd have to set up kits for the second way...

I don't see how the kit part can't be what he wants? It gives a specifik amount of items from a sign,which is what he asks for?
