Can't find a required plugin...

    Hey everyone, I've looked about the plugin list and Google, and I can't find a plugin that gives users the ability to either /msg or /pm others. If anyone knows a good one, you wouldn't mind sending a donwload link or something? I'd perfer a standalone plugin, as this is for my RPG server.
    I'm running Build 740.
