PermissionsEX Help

Hello, I've been having trouble with PermissionsEX since i switched from PEX to Group Manager then back to PEX the first time i had it it was working fine but now it's not working anymore.
Also when i try typing any PEX commands nothing appears in the chat. I've gone over my permissions.yml multiple times and still can't find any errors! Please help! Heres my permissions.yml
