First time server Admin/Bukkit user, need heeellp.

Sorry if I'm being overly stupid, or have already commited a bukkit felony, but I'm pretty lost.

I recently signed up for hosting with MyMCServers. I now realize that may have been a bad choice, but I'd like to be optimistic.

I understand how to install mods within the .jar and everything, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to get my servers jar file to do so.

I suppose my question really is, did I bone myself by choosing the host I did? Or am I just being a noob?

 

I dont get what you want from us. What is EXACTLY not working?

 

I can't figure out how to get to the minecraft.jar of my server.

 

I'd suggest getting a refund and trying Brohoster they offer solid servers and complete customer service I currently own a Iron Tier Server and they will download and install any plugins you request and auto install any latest version of bukkit for you when you choose automatically...

Beyond that if you need help installing or setting up plugins I'd be happy to assist you... but if its FTP you'll have a difficult time setting it up

you dont put anything in the JARs you run the server then place the plugin jars into the plugin folders. like Permission 2.7.2 which you'll need to run most other plugins
