Solved (Question) Is this possible?

Hey guys. I want to know if it is possible to achieve this:

I want to make a server and I have all of the plugins coded but one. This plugin(I hope is possible to make) would make the server non-pvp until every-other Sunday, in which case the server will be pvp for that day. At the end, it will return the server back to non-pvp. Thank you!

excusemyluck The Bukkit API is Java but Java isn't the Bukkit API. If you want to get better, learn Java rather than learning Bukkit. (But knowing the Bukkit API is still good.) I already had a huge advantage when I started learning the Bukkit API since I already knew Java.
