So I purchased a host with Cloud Frost Hosting, and I forgot that it makes a server for you. So I took the files from the server on my computer (the server that I thought was going to be hosted automatically) and transferred them to the server on cloudfrost. So now Im having this problem with PermissionsEx Prefixes. I hope you can help me! Picture: I dont want it to say the Owner part after it already says Owner/Administrator, and the [HUB][g] [HUB] part is annoying too! Please help!

The [Hub] is coming from the multiverse plugin its listing the world that you're in (In this case your world alias has been named to Hub. Or its coming from the Hub plugin either one of those is causing that. The [G] I think if im correct is part of towny? Letting you know you're speaking in Global chat and not a local chat. The prefix is part of your PermissionsEx as we already know and the last 'Owner' Im not too sure what is causing that. Jmac280 Post your towny chatconfig as LlmDl has said maybe he can find the problem in there as im not familar with Towny.
Jmac280 Find the global channel_format line, you have {group} {permprefix} all adding the tag, remove {group} as you've set up what you want in teh {permprefix} tag.

Multiverse has a prefix flag in its config.yml, as long as it is set to true, MV will add the world name to the front of the chat line. Yes the towny chatconfig.yml
I have the same exact problem on my server. I removed towny and the [g] and repeated title went away, except the first repetated title. So with towny it looked like this [world][g][owner] OWNER OWNER OWNER (name): When I removed towny it looked like this [world][owner] OWNER(name):. So now how to I remove where it says [owner]? I am fine with it displaying the world, but repating my title is a bit much. Once I re-add towny ill figue that out to, but for now how do I get rid of the [owner]? I went into multiverse config and set prefixchat: 'true' prefixchatformat: '[%world%]%chat%' To false, however, when I saved it, it did nothing to my chat in game, so I went back to the config and it had re-set itself automatically to be "true" again. Every time I change something in that config file it re-sets itself. The other configs work fine, so could someone help me with this too? Actually I figured it out, I had to stop the server before messing with that config file xD. now all it says is [owner] OWNER(name): So I got rid of the [world]... but how do I get rid of the [owner]? I don't think its in factions because when I uninstalled it, it still said [owner]. Please help! P.S.
