Unable To Place Command Blocks, Enabled In Server Config.

I have command blocks enabled on my server but for some reason they disappear after I place them regardless if I rename them. I will list off all the plugins I am running, and the version of Bukkit is 1.7.2 R0.3

as I said, Command Blocks are enabled in the main config for bukkit and as far as I know I have no other settings on preventing the placing of command blocks.

 

It may be a problem with Essentials Protect or World guard check through all of the configs and look for a key work "command" "block"...

 

I just found in the Commands.yml file:

Could it be to do with the Command Block Overrides setting with the [] at it?

Make sure you're OP
Make sure you're in creative and give yourself like 10+ Cmd blocks and also once you've changed it so you can use command blocks in the properties file. Have you made sure you restarted your server so the effects take place?
