Is it legal to sell your plugins?

Hi,
I really want to know if I'm allowed to sell plugin created by me (Not on this forum).

With "sell" I means ask for a reimbursement for the time spent.
When I give the plugin, it includes the source!

OWNERSHIP OF OUR GAME AND OTHER THINGS

Although we give you permission to play our Game, we are still the owners of it. We are also the owners of our brands and any content contained in the Game. Therefore, when you pay for our Game, you are buying a permission to play / use our Game in accordance with this EULA - you are not buying the Game itself. The only permissions you have in connection with the Game are the permissions set out in this EULA.
Any tools you write for the Game from scratch belong to you. . Modifications to the Game ("Mods") (including pre-run Mods and in-memory Mods) and plugins for the Game also belong to you and you can do whatever you want with them, as long as you don‘t sell them for money / try to make money from them. We have the final say on what constitutes a tool/mod/plugin and what doesn‘t.

EDIT: If you like to bend the rules a bit: I guess asking your clients to pay for your time spent does not fall under this rule. As long as you are not mass distributing the actual plugin.

 

Rocoty Does the same go for donations? someone donates to the plugin owner?

 

mkezar if they are actual donations and not "donate and get something in return", it would be good.

 

thats what i meant. actual donations. Not to go off-topic but for the current EULA is that going for servers too? you cant donate for perks anymore?

 

mkezar its for everything minecraft. Also that's not donate for perks, that's buying perks.

mkezar you do not allowed to charge for anything that gives advantage for certain player, aswell you are not allowed to charge real money for ingame currency.
