    Hi,
i just noticed that tonight i don’t manage to download any plugins from bukkit. Every linux wget command line return a 503 HTTP error code : http://i.imgur.com/9r1SbxR.png

But when I try to download the url (ex : http://dev.bukkit.org/media/files/769/815/AntiCheat.jar) from my web browser everything work fine (but i have CloudFlare asking me to wait for 5 seconds).
I have made so many scripts for my servers that automatically check for updated plugins but nothing work anymore.

Is there an issue with your servers ? Is it going to be fixed soon ?

Everything is fine now!. It was just a little downtime for the servers. Everything should be back to normal. This happened just not to you, But everyone.

This is where download mirrors come in handy.

Come on bukkit team disable this cloudflare shit. It protect from DDOS and also from downloading files. Shutdown your servers would have the same result...

Agreed. CloudFare is shit. Use someone with in-house DDOS protection without the 5-second delay nonsense and lots of pissed off customers.

PM me for a referral; We use someone in Texas with a 40 gigabit pipe and 10 gigabit of DDOS mitigation (scrubbing) that is inexpensive and offers unmetered bandwidth. We would even be happy to host you in our rack in exchange for a plug for our services.

This latest move has essentially broken THOUSANDS of Multicraft installations that rely on the BukGet API to pull and install plugins automagically. Nothing but 503 errors.

Or you can use bukkit.org/get.rb.php to get the latest recommended build.

I need something for 1.7.2 though. Could you maybe help me with that? It's something like craftbukkit-1.7.2-Ro.4.jar I think

Yeah this is kinda crappy. I can't wget my plugins. Is there a way to whitelist our servers? Or modify your cloudflare settings?
Workaround: If you download the file to your local PC with your favorite browser then copy the actual URL (ex: http://addons.cursecdn.com/files/785/673/ProtocolLib-3.3.1.jar ) the CurseCDN doesn't seem to be blocking them. But of course this is ENTIRELY COUNTERPRODUCTIVE, since it's just doubling the total amount of bandwidth used by server admins for plugin updates...

It seems I found a way to get all the CraftBukkit and Bukkit downloads, but the website is weird at first. It's annoying but I managed to get the version of 1.7.2 R0.3 immediately, with no problem! I can guarantee that the website is safe.

I just checked the downloads and it seems the Cloudflare DNS is gone for me. Thank goodness. I don't know if this is true for everyone, but to be sure, everyone should just check if you can download them files.
