[Help] why can't default players place spawners?

    Hi, I have tried googling it and using my silk spawners plugin permissions but I really don't know what else to do the spawners wont place. I think its Essentials that says 'YOU DO NOT HAVE PERMISSIONS TO INTERACT WITH THIS BLOCK' or something along those lines. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks :)
